The website www.ueathealthy.com.au is owned and operated by Ueathealthy. All products listed on the website are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect all the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure that this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

4. What happens once the customer has placed an order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation order via the email address you supplied healthyU.

Once an order has been through the checkout it cannot be altered. Please take care to choose correctly when placing your order. healthyU takes no responsibility when items are chosen incorrectly. Cancellation orders attract a $30 cancellation fee.

healthyU has the right to withhold any orders relating to fraudulent activities.

At this point healthyU packages the merchandise you have purchased and sends it via the Australia Post ELADS system. If you have enquiries regarding this process or an order you have made you can contact healthyU at
info@thealthyu.com.au we would be happy to answer any questions relating to placing an order, merchandise listed for sale or products you have already purchased.

7. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligation if such delay is directly or indirectly due to Force Majeure. If we are unable to perform or are delayed in performing any of our obligationsdue to force majeure, then any such delay or inability does not constitute failure to fulfill the obligation and all outr obligations are suspended while the force majeure continues.

Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond our reasonable control and which results in us being unable to observe or perform on time an obligation including, without limitation:
