The healthyU Online Store is capable of delivering items Australia wide, through the Australia Post Express Post Electronic Lodgement and Delivery Service (ELADS) system.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST. All orders are prepaid, when ordering your credit card is charged when you place your order. We accept all credit cards excluding Amex & Diners. (We will however be able to accept amex as of Friday 18th May 2007)
With ELADS your parcel can be tracked at all times. The confirmation email sent to you will also include a tracking number, this will give you access to the whereabouts of your order. Please note that we do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
All orders are padded and packed carefully in order for you to receive them in the same condition they left our premises; in perfect condition.
We will offer a flat rate of $7.50 for postage and $5.00 handling for Sydney metropolitan customers. For customers outside of this area, shipping will be calculated when checking out. If you require the products to be sent via Express Post, we will charge you the fee of the Express Post delivery.
Please note that if you live in the Sydney Metropolitan area, orders over $100 will attract free shipping as our gift to you!!

Postage costs are defined based on the network of our selected courier, Australia Post ELADS system. We have tried to keep delivery fee structure simple and we usually absorb some, and often a lot of the actual delivery cost. The cost will depend on the size/weight and destination of your order.
Delivery charges will be calculated once we have the destination and weight of your final order. You will be able to estimate the cost to you with our chart. You will receive an email confirmation of your order with the final delivery charges before your order is dispatched.

Service Fee
There is a Service fee ($5.00 GST inclusive) that covers your personal shopping, packing & handling, no matter how large the order.
Upon delivery of the Goods, healthyU Online will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the Goods including credits applied and the Service Fee.
Service Provider & Delivery Address (Australia):
Delivery will be by Australia Post. All items will require a signature on receipt. To ensure fast and secure delivery, please give us either a postal box address or an address where someone will be able to sign for it during the day. For deliveries to a business or other organisation address, supply the company /organisation's name, as well as your own. If you are not there when a courier arrives they will leave a card, and ask that you call with a convenient time for redelivery. For all deliveries you will receive a note asking you to pick up your parcel from your local post office. You will need to bring ID when you go to pick it up.

We endeavor to get your delivery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our estimated delivery times from when an order is placed are:
Orders are processed and posted within 3-10 days of receipt of payment.

Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, within 2 - 6 working days.

WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, your order will take 3 - 10 working days.
The exception here is where an ordered item is out of stock. In this case your order may be delayed for several days, until we can send the items all at once. In this case we will advise you of the delay, and make other arrangements if items are required urgently. If the specific product is out of stock at the supplier's end it could take some time before we are able to send it out to you, in this instance we will advise you of the situation and work out a solution.
